The Oaks has Zoysia fairways & tees and the Azaleas has 419 Bermuda
fairways & tees.

for 18 holes.

are allowed only if carts are available for a full (2 person) cart
fee. Please check the golf shop the day you are to play for availability.
Where is Dancing Rabbit and how far is it from the Silver
Star/Golden Moon? Only 2 tenths of a mile (about a drive
and a 5 iron away!) – just west of the hotels on Hwy. 16.
Do I need to drive my car to the golf course? You
can, but we recommend our complimentary shuttle service from Golden
Moon and Silver Star. You may store your clubs at the course during
your stay, also!
Which course is harder? Both courses are Championship – but
we have 5 sets of tee boxes for every level of golfer. The Oaks is
rated harder (74.6 course rating/139 slope), but many tournaments are
played on the Azaleas (74.4 course rating/135 slope). We like for you
to be the judge!

required. No Denim is allowed. Men must wear a collared golf shirt
(golf mock is fine) golf shorts, slacks or rain pants. Women may wear
sleeve-less golf shirts, mid-thigh golf shorts, slacks or rain pants.

not busy, we will allow a five-some every hour.

Clubhouse Rooms have 1 King Bed in each room. It is great
for one person or a couple.
Can I bring an ice chest on the golf course? Personal
coolers are not allowed on the golf course. All food & beverage
consumed must be purchased through Dancing Rabbit. We do have coolers
that are conveniently attached to the golf cart for your enjoyment.
We recommend filling the cooler with your favorite beverages at the
restaurant before you tee off. Beverage carts are also out on the course
each day.
What if it rains? We have a generous rain-check

good any day tee times are available. Please ask the golf shop staff for clarification.

we have a staff of PGA professionals that give lessons. $10 tune-up
- $25 per half hour - $40 per hour – by appointment only.
Are you always CART PATH ONLY? NO! We are only
cart path only when the fairways are too soft or wet for the golf carts
to drive on them. In normal conditions, carts are allowed to drive
off the paths in the fairway. Carts are never allowed off the paths
near tee boxes, greens, steep hills and par 3’s. We have signs
and ropes up to help guide your cart off the path and back.
